Hi everyone,
Hope you have all had a lovely week! This morning i sat down to watch the Great North Run, i always find these races so inspiring! I do like to keep fit myself though....
I get my work out clothes on and i like to do some weight training! I like to start off with the lighter weights, no point in pushing yourself too hard folks, everything in moderation!
Once i feel comfortable i like to switch it up using heavier weights....
I do really enjoy staying in shape, but i also like my treat days, nothing better than treating yourself knowing you have worked hard for it!! Hope everyone is happy and healthy!
