On the streets of philadelphia...

Hi all,


After i wasn't chosen as an extra in the new Brad Pitt zombie movie World War Z, i have to admit i was a bit disappointed.  


But i picked myself up and realised it's their loss, i've worked with some of the greats Doc, Happy and Prince charming - some true professionals in their game! 


Well this week i took a visit to the set, see what all the fuss was about!

I also got the chance to ride in a famous yellow cab!

They really have transformed the whole area from street signs to maps on the streets....was i in Phili or Glasgow?!  haha!

The special effects are just amazing to witness, just look at this crash scene....

I also got the chance to burn some rubber on a motor bicycle! Can you spot me?!?

Here i am here! Such a thrill to sit in the front...feel the wind in my ears!

Got the chance to meet one of the extras.....tells me Brad was a right diva!

What a great time i had on set! Was very tired when i got home though! Had a really great weekend! Hope everyone is well this week..lets make it a fun one!

On that note

Hi everyone,


Been watching this new show called Big Brother.... 

What an odd pair, i think they could really benefit from my previous advice!  I do wonder how they get their hair like that though, also i think i would suit a coat just like theirs wonder if i could find one in my size!

I can relate to them though, i know what it's like to live in a house full of different personalities-that sleepy sure could snore!  

Not sure who i think will win at this point but i'm going to keep watching, who are you all rooting for to win?!?

Looking forward to the weekend folks and sharing a recent trip to a place called Benidorm with you all!

I'm having the time of my life a million miles from my cottage in the forrest, but never forget where you came from folks, stay true to your roots!

I do like to be beside the seaside..

Hi! Hope everyone is well this Monday evening!


Thought i would share a recent trip i took to a place called Troon set off early in the car.......


Love travelling on the open road, much more to look at than my old days commuting to the mines...

Little bit of music and dancing made the trip much more fun.... obviously not if your driving safety first folks.

Whilst i was there i visited the harbour, had a bit of fun....

Here i am.....hahahah had such a blast!

Such a lovely day, next stop the beach..... what a lovely view!

Love the feeling of the sand on my ears...

The beach was called South Beach, next year i'm visiting South Beach again but this time in a place called Miami, going on a cruise liner also! Will be lots of fun!

After such a truly special day it was time to head home, 

Home for a nice sea themed cupcake...mmm my fave!

Busy busy week this week, you know how it is bits and bobs here and there!  Exciting times in Glasgow this week, an actor named Brad Pitt rolled into town.  Apparently he appeared in a show named 'friends'.

Just like looking in the mirror...i joke i'm much more adorable!

I headed along to the auditions to become a zombie extra in the movie, but apparently i wasn't able to express the right emotion..... i have no idea where they got that from!!

Also did some extreme planking this week...

Hehehe! What a thrill!

Just catching up with a new show called Big Brother.... looks very strange! Off for a little night cap.

Song of the week..

I have been listening to the new Pitbull album a lot recently.  'Rain over me' is one of my favourite songs on the album, perfect for dancing to...

I think Pitbull is a smartly dressed young man, big fan of his music and style.

Dancing really is one of my favourite things, some people have told me this style is called 'break dancing', young ones today!

Always smiling..

My what a quick week it has been! 


I sure have enjoyed sharing my adventures with you all, still lots more to come!! 


This weekend was spent with dear friends and afternoon tea!
