This is such a catchy song, in the actual music video the main singer Adam has some really great dance moves. I always feel inspired to dance when i watch it....

Sorry for the lack of song of the week for the past few weeks, i have just been very busy enjoying the end of summer! Since i have just shared my workout routine with you all, my song of the week this week comes from The Saturdays. The song is 'All Fired Up'.
I am actually going to see the band in a pop concert at the end of this year! This is a great song, just makes me want to dance! It's also a great motivation song for when i'm working out too!!

Hey there!
Song of the week this week is 'Party Rock Anthem' by LMFAO!
I know this song has been in the charts for quite some time now but it really is the best song to practice my dances moves to, i think i have just about perfected this move!
